Nigella - Albion Green Pod

Nigella flowers a unique and textural element to bouquets. These have fern-like foliage with white flowers and a decorative green seed pod. I have personally found if you have a gravel area that you want some wildflowers to grow in scatter the seeds into the gravel and they will flower and self seed for years to come.

Days to Maturity - 65-70 for flowers 80-85 for pods
Sowing - Direct seed (recommended) - Sow 3-4 times every 2-3 weeks early in season for continuous flower/pod production. Fall sow where winters are mild
