Seeds
We do not have a refund policy for our seeds if they do not germinate unfortunately. We ensure we have sourced the top quality seeds from trusted seed companies worldwide. At Crawford Road we have tested and germinated the seeds and make sure they are viable and fresh. But with seeds it is very dependent on individual germination conditions as to the success rate.  

Pelleted Seeds
A number of the seeds we sell are pelleted. These can be crushed sometimes during delivery. Do not despair they are still viable sow the crushed powder as normal. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
