Light as air and endlessly romantic, Covent Garden Gypsophila offers clouds of dainty white blooms that float like lace above fine green stems. This annual baby’s breath is beloved for softening bouquets, filling arrangements with texture and light, and blooming early in the season. Unlike the perennial types, this variety is lighter, looser, and more ethereal—perfect for natural-style florals and meadowy garden borders.
Best for: Soft filler in bouquets, romantic styling, early-season cutting.
Approx 30 seeds per packet

| Sowing Tips |
Sow in autumn (March–May) or late winter to early spring (July–August). Best sown direct as it dislikes transplanting, but can be started in trays if handled gently. Cover lightly with soil and keep moist but not wet. Thin seedlings early to prevent overcrowding. |
| Growing Tips |
Thrives in full sun and free-draining soil. Avoid over-fertilising—too much nitrogen can cause floppy stems. Requires little maintenance once established. Harvest when roughly half the flowers on a branch are open. Excellent for drying – hang in airy bunches out of direct sunlight. |
