Gomphrena - Audray Purple Red

The well-branched, upright plants of gomphrena continuously produce clover-like blooms all summer. Also known as the globe amaranth in a warm purple-red hue. 

The gomphrena flower is edible and can be popped in salads, drinks or on cakes.
