Cornflower - Classic Magic

Cornflowers are an absolute powerhouse flower in our Crawford Road gardens. They are an edible flower that is also easy to dry and press. Their petals are perfect fresh in salads, but also stunning when dried and sprinkled over platters. 
They flower prolifically and add to garden borders creating the English Country Garden look that is so stunning. Classic Magic is a mix of double and semidouble blooms in rich bi-colour hues of black and plum, black and white, and purple.

Days to Germination - 7-14 days
Days to Maturity - 65-75 days
Sowing -Direct seed recommended as soon as soil can be worked. Cover lightly and keep the soil surface moist until seedlings emerge. If using transplant method sow seeds 3-4 weeks before last frost.
