Vivid and cheerful, Strawflower ‘Bright Rose’ brings a splash of intense pink to both garden beds and everlasting arrangements. Its papery, daisy-like blooms hold their colour beautifully when dried, making it a favourite for cut flower growers. Long, branching stems and a long flowering season ensure a generous harvest from summer right through to autumn.

| Sowing Tips |
Sow indoors 6–8 weeks before last frost, or direct sow in spring after frost danger has passed. Surface sow and press in gently – light aids germination. Transplant when seedlings are 5–8cm tall and well-rooted. Avoid overwatering during germination. |

Thrives in full sun and well-drained soil – very tolerant of heat and dry conditions once established. Harvest when blooms are just starting to open for drying. For fresh use, pick when flowers are three-quarters open. Hang upside down in bunches in a dark, dry space for best dried colour. |
